I think I am giving up on trying to get Andrew to sleep through the night. No matter what we try he just won't sleep. We are currently at waking up at 11pm at 2am, and then again around 5-6am. Im ok with the 5-6 am one since it is morning, but the other ones, ugh.

Anyone else given up on STTN?

Sort of. Cameron has been *mostly* sleeping well for about a week. We have our nights. I say, hang in there and he'll get it. We have given up on CIO and it seems to be going better for us.

I gave up on STTN a long time ago and it was like the day I did that, he slept an 8 hour night. He hasn't done it again, mind you, but he gets up around 2 or 3 and is up for the day usually at 6. Some nights he will get up more than that but I've just decided to deal for now.

I was reading in a magazine that a new sleep book came out that talked about ages when you don't want to do sleep training. I haven't read the book, but the article did say that around 8-10 months might not be a great time to sleep train because of separation anxiety. I figure that's good enough for me to stop CIO for now...

Since we started co-sleeping 4 weeks ago, we're getting from around 10-7! Yay!
